Consulting Services- RTIM
RTIM assists local churches and missions agencies with a host of services including, but not limited to, the development of and support for mission trips, missions programs, indigenous training, and missionary orientation.
RTIM's Church Consulting Services include assistance with the development of their church-based missions mobilization programs, missions education, missions giving, and short-term missions trips. Recognizing that churches are at differing stages of development and opportunity, RTIM President Dr. David Sills will spend time with the church leadership to determine a missions development plan to help guide your conregation to a place of Great Commission obedience.
Church missions development plans incorporate a host of factors and focus on achieving any or all of the following goals for your congregation:
- > Consultation with church leadership and initial evaluation of missions needs
- > Short-term mission trip planning, execution, and/or training
- > Annual missions program coaching including missions fair, missions education program, and short-term mission trip planning and execution

RTIM's Missions Agencies Consulting Services include assistance developing or leading events such as missionary orientation, missions annual meetings, and spiritual emphasis weeks. Additionally, RTIM can provide consultation and organizational assistance specializing in the development of indigenous discipleship and leadership development programs specific to a specific country, region, or people group. RTIM President Dr. David Sills will spend time with the missions agency leadership to determine the most efficient and effective means for the field personnel to be faithful to the call of the Great Commission.
Missions Agencies Consultation Plans incorporate a host of factors and focus on achieving any or all of the following goals for your field personnel or organization:
- > Organizing and/or leading field personnel orientation, annual meetings, and spiritual emphasis weeks for missionary personnel.
- > Consultation with agency leadership on various missiological issues, including, but not limited to reaching oral peoples, church planting needs and ecclesiological issues, critical contextualization, and field based education for field personnel.
- > Assistance with developing indigenous discipleship, leadership development, and theological education programs specific to the context and culture of the target people or region.
